Feedback concerning the behaviour and continuous improvement of team culture
Confidential and constructive feedback of the leader by the employees is not always possible in the daily work routine. We offer the opportunity to either deliver your intragroup competency models as 360-degree feedback or to suggest a competency model. We would gladly give you our advice. Another important element is the self-evaluation of the feedback receiver. The leadership feedback enables good long-term cooperation and important topics can be deepened. With the 360-degree leadership feedback, colleagues, superiors and employees are internally (if necessary also externally like e.g. customers) included, all in all up to about 30 people. Only in a strong and trust based team culture, common goals can be achieved! The leadership feedback can be applied in a top-down manner.



Process 360-degree feedback:

  1. Testing/suggesting competency model
  2. Determining questionnaire, timeframe and feedback givers
  3. Realization by means of an online questionnaire
  4. Evaluation with feedback receiver and transfer; often in connection with a coaching process.
