Objective
Bosch is one of the world`s top companies: fast ability to change, participation of all employees and effective internal structures for communication are integrated in daily business. One important success factor is the practice of training internal moderators; this has gone on for many years, and means that moderators are not only trained but also take part regularly in advanced training courses within the organization.

Solution
The basic tools of the moderators include visualization with flipcharts and the ability to work with metaplan boards. How to successfully facilitate group processes, how to draw out and structure the know-how of all participants on a basis of mutual respect: these things can be learned step-by-step. In only three days, we helped the participants to carry out workshop moderation on their own. The participants received trainer input on group dynamics, conflict management, and communication and were able to expand their knowledge in interesting role-playing exercises. First-time practice moderation situations with direct feedback gave each participant the chance to put his or her individual strengths to best use for future moderator roles.
