This is transferred to the daily work situation by means of joint planning sessions with the client. The result: a tailor-made design that translates into experiential learning, with role-playing followed by reflection on what has been experienced.
Tandems are varied with small teams and the group as a whole, with simultaneous emphasis on concrete illustrations. My training activities often turn out to be the key factor for persons directing generalized change processes.
